Buyers acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions by purchasing from our shop.

  • All products listed in our shop are for personal use only and all creators involved have no affiliation with BigHit, HYBE, or any members of BTS.
  • All dates are subject to change, and we will inform buyers and our social media of any changes made. Production updates will also be posted in our social media.

Payment

  • Payment for preorders is due at the time of checkout
  • We accept payment via PayPal
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will issue a refund to the buyer

Shipping

  • All products listed in this shop are PRE-ORDER items. They will not be shipped until all zines and merchandise have been produced.
  • Products are being shipped from Canada.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and COVID-19 restrictions.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.
  • Certain countries that we can't ship to are Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Brunei.

Return and Exchange Policy

The Boyz With Magic team will only issue returns or exchanges of item, or refund of purchase, under the following circumstances: -

  • If the order arrives incomplete due to negligence in packing. The team will send the missing items, shouldering the necessary expenses.
  • If the order arrives damaged due to negligence in packing. A full refund or full bundle replacement will be issued. Expenses will be shouldered by the team.
  • If the order fails to arrive because of a posting error (e.g. failure of the team to provide full or correct information), then the team will issue either a full refund of the bundle cost or a full replacement of the order. Any expenses will be shouldered by the team.

The Boyz with Magic team will not issue a return or exchange of item, or refund of purchase, under the following circumstances and all others:

  • If the order arrives damaged due to shipping and handling by the courier.
  • If the order fails to arrive at the intended destination due to an error on the part of the customer or the courier.
  • In the event that an order fails to arrive at the destination and is returned to the team, the customer will be contacted. Shipping will be discussed.
  • In the event that an order fails to arrive at the destination and is not returned to the team, the team will request the affected customer to provide information about their order and proof of purchase. The customer will be informed also what appropriate actions should be done.

The Boyz With Magic team holds the right to accept or deny requests for return, exchange, or refund at their discretion.
